Parade - 1:00 p.m. - Begins at Lion, Inc. on Dogwood Ln., continues to Prestonsburg Street, Broadway Street, Court Street, Main Street and ends at Herald-Stewart-Halsey Funeral Home.
Music Headliner and Opening Act - Begins at 6:00 p.m. at Old Mill Park.

PARADE INFORMATION
Rules:
- All persons driving a motor vehicle or utility vehicle must be a licensed driver. No exceptions.
- Current elected officials or those running for office may participate. However, only your name can be visible on your vehicle or utility vehicle. No "Elect" or "Re-Elect" campaign signage is permitted to be posted on the vehicle.
- Lineup for the festival will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the Lion, Inc. parking lot on Dogwood Lane. Please arrive in plenty enough time to be placed in the lineup.
- Judging for floats will begin at 11:30 a.m.
- Prizes for Floats: 1st Place - $1000; 2nd Place - $750; 3rd Place - $350.
